DEEP TISSUE THERAPY

It is a slower and deeper movement using forearms, elbows and fists running at various angles to the muscle fibers.  Manual manipulation of muscle, connective tissue and ligaments to remove restrictions and adhesions.

HOT STONE MASSAGE 

Hot stone massage is a specialty massage that uses smooth, heated stones. They are often basalt, a black volcanic rock that absorbs and retains heat well. It is a deeply soothing, relaxing form of massage. The heat helps tight muscles release.

 REFLEXOLOGY MASSAGE 

Reflexology is the application of appropriate pressure by thumbs and fingers to specific points and areas on the feet, hands, or ears in order to improve the recipient’s health.

PRENATAL

Using side-lying techniques and uses body pillows for support. While the entire body is massaged, special attention is given to the legs and lower back to promote circulation and ease discomfort.

FITNESS TRAINING

Treatment is used to help manage pain, rehabilitate damaged soft tissues, such as muscles, ligament, tendons, and restore normal range of motion and function.  Muscular fitness is another key component of a fitness training program.  Fitness training improves overall functional performance and helps reduce or manage stress. There are also benefits of weight control. We can rehabilitate patients that are post surgical or from a trauma due to an accident.
